STRATEGY AND PLAN

In this phase we develop a work plan starting from the conversations held with your work team, our technical group and experts in the pertinent domain areas. We state concrete steps to execute, define milestones, identify the resources necessary to complete the project, and establish the deadlines by which to complete it.

STEP 3

DEVELOPMENT AND EXECUTION

In this phase our team works through the approved plan and develops the solutions in accordance to the design. Our technical team programs and codes the custom systems, configures and implement programs, prepares demos to show updates to project stakeholders, performs tests to ensure systems behave as expected and makes any necessary adjustments.

STEP 4

DEPLOYMENT AND SUPPORT

In this phase our technical team deploys the solutions according to the plan. Both our technical and support teams stand ready to offer help if any issues arises during the launch for as long as it was agreed upon.
