OUR SERVICES

At INGECO, we have a team of engineers trained in the latest technologies and methodologies, experienced and knowledgeable about current regulations. We work with a technical team with more than 10 years of experience, conducting surveys and registrations throughout Peru. We work with registered engineers to verify and record information in the cadastral registry system.

GEODETIC POINTS INSTALLATION

If you have a project that requires establishing its geographic position, you need Geodetic Points. We install geodetic points and prepare the technical documents for certification by the National Geographic Institute (IGN). We manage the installation and certification “B” and “C” order Geodetic Points.

RTK LAND SURVEYS

High-precision topographic surveys using RTK (Real-Time Kinematic Control) control points. This allows us to generate more precise coordinates for your most demanding projects. We manage the preparation of the technical file to certify the survey with the corresponding public entities.

LAND SURVEYS WITH TOTAL STATION

High-precision topographic surveys using a Total Station. This allows us to generate more precise coordinates for your most demanding projects. We manage the preparation of the technical file to certify the survey with the corresponding public entities.

LAND SURVEYS WITH DRONES

We survey large areas using drones, if your requirements require or permit it. We manage the preparation of the technical file to certify the topographic survey with the corresponding public entities.

RECTIFICATION OF LIMITS AND AREAS

We conduct topographic surveys to correct the coordinates and land areas of a property according to the land titles and verifications. We manage the preparation of the technical file to certify the corrective survey with the corresponding public entities.

After the initial approach, we analyze your project requirements and assign a team specialized in the relevant domains to develop a work plan that clearly identifies the project requirements and objectives, the required resources, and the time frame for its execution. STEP 1

DISCOVERY

In this phase, we focus on getting to know you, your business, and your goals. STEP 2

STRATEGY AND PLAN

In this phase we develop a work plan starting from the conversations held with your work team, our technical group and experts in the pertinent domain areas. We state concrete steps to execute, define milestones, identify the resources necessary to complete the project, and establish the deadlines by which to complete it.

STEP 3

FIELDWORK AND EXECUTION

In this phase, our team works with the approved plan. They perform fieldwork and develop the corresponding drawings. We send all the documents produced to the client for approval. Once the documents are approved, we manage the corresponding procedures with public entities, if agreed upon.

STEP 4

RESOLUTION AND FOLLOW-UP

In this phase, we await the public entities’ decision and resolution regarding the technical files submitted for the selected service. Our team monitors the submissions and addresses any concerns and issues raised by the public entities.
